Archie comes home from work in a particularly awful mood because he has to make an important decision at work: whether to lay off a minority worker or a white man. His decision to lay off a Puerto Rican leads to an interesting visit to the Bunker household. To compound his stress, Archie learns that his insurance has been canceled when his neighborhood is redlined as a bad risk.—–Season 2

In my mind, the whole series ended with All in the Family. I exclude everything that happened on the “Gloria” show. Mike and Gloria never broke up and Archie & Edith went on forever. In my mind, everybody’s happy.

I love all Edith’s attempt to get Archie to read the letter and she finally tells him at dinner when he says to change the subject.

He left Gloria to go to a nudist commune, not to Japan. It sets the stage for this series’ sequel series, Archie’s Place.

does anyone have the episode of the last of gloria and mike cuz I heard that gloria had an affair, but then I heard that mike left gloria to go to japan or something

Is it me or does it seem like since forever the government say’s we are in a recession, Or whatever a downfall in the economy. It’s unreal seems like it never chnages
