DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I NEVER RECIVED MY BOOK LIKE EVERYONE ELSE, AND I GET NO RESPONSE FROM THE SELLER. ABSOLUTLY DO NOT GIVE THIS “person” YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Business Law: Text and Cases (West’s Business Law)

My initial order was never delivered and I paid $137. 87 for the book plus shipping “Free Super Sver Shipping” of $0. 00. It was returned to Amazon without a reason. This was very upsetting because I needed the book for my class which was starting in a week and then I had to re-order.

The price when I re-ordered was $152. 37 plus shipping $11. 98 (2 day shipping)which I had to do to be sure I received the book in time for my class. The book was delivered on time and in good condition but I it is unfair that I had to pay $27. 00 extra for something that was not my fault.

I have been very pleased with all the other orders that I have made with Amazon. This is the only bad experience and I think I should be compensated for the extra charges. I will continue to buy from Amazon in the future because of prior good service.

I haven’t actually used this product in class yet as I’m just getting my books together for the fall semester but I have looked it over and it looks to be very informative of business law with examples and definitions etc. I can’t however say it is or will be a pleasure to read I bought it because it’s required for my business law class not because I wanted to.

When I placed my order I was told there were two books in stock, unfortunately after awaiting arrival for my book I check my e-mail and had received an e-mail that the book was out of stock and my account had been refunded. Although, I was disappointed that I had not checked my e-mail more promptly, I was very satisfied with their promptness of the notification of the out-of-stock book, as well as the alacrity they showed refunding my account. I would order from this company again.
