@cleonumber1 Painfully true! With any show today, all you need to do is accidentally flip to the channel it’s playing on for three seconds and you’ll already know the plot, the characters, and lost several brain cells in the process. I miss shows like Freakazoid and Animaniacs and such, where you never really knew where the story would go or what was going to happen. And, like you said before, all of THEIR jokes were original, tasteful, AND (most important of all) funny!

hell yeah.. I agree with your “little” convo all shows these days are crappy and are all crude and stupid.
I am suprised a show hasn’t been created where the sole purpose is for people to vote which girl they would like to see run around naked. Because that’s the best i could think of to describe the tripe of today. Yea also they use the same lame jokes over and over again. No wonder I don’t watch tv anymore.

I saw that movie I have a feeling where going to be like that if they keep showing these dumbass cartoons. What happened when shows had morals to their ending or an ending making you beg for more or a ending you would have to figure out on your own. Now its just all the characters laughing and some corny pun or some shit and thats how the end a episode now. I notice how cartoons dropped in quality right after 2004 I like the 90s and early 2000’s better cause they had way more detailed art.

All the Cartoons today use the same crappy material. They should change the spongebob theme song and put it on the new ones so when we see that we know to change the channel. Nick is never going to get rid of that show cause everyone likes it. This maybe a new Century but it seems like the only thing advance is technology this is the 21st Century Cartoons are suppose to get even better not Downgrade. Great and in the Future all the kids growing up with that shit are going to make even more shit.

You said it! Cartoons on a whole are becoming an endangered species, and the few remaining are so dumb it’s a miracle they slipped through the cracks! Spongebob was funny for the first season, but now it’s like they’re redoing old episodes, or finding all the stuff that they threw out five years ago because the smart people involved said the ideas were ridiculous! Kids today would still laugh at this show, but for all the wrong reasons! They’d laugh at the slapstick and none of the wit!

CN is a disney wanna-be, if they wanna air their reality shit then go put it on another channel. And whats with parents being BuzzKillers and getting good shows canceled like Swat KATZ but then when TDA comes on they don’t do anything. Now Cartoons today have no creativity or effort in their plots and all the same shit just some idiot character that annoys the other characters and really corny cheap laughs. Why aim shows to kids today? Kids today are Brain dead when it comes to humor.

You said it! Everything on TV is either a bad cop show, a really bad reality, a RIDICULOUS sitcom, or an infomercial channel. And the stuff made for kids today . . . well, let’s just say that Gutierrez would’ve gotten the flaw a lot faster if he had threatened to make the Douglases watch the High School Musical movies, or any of the now-rare cartoons airing on Cartoon Network (what were they THINKING, putting live-action shows on Cartoon Network?)!
